France has a special medical system for undocumented migrants, called Aide Médicale d’État (AME). Untill March 2011, undocumented migrants who were living in France for at least three months and had an income under 634 Euros a month had acces to free health care. But that has changed now, if people want access to health care, they have to pay 30 Euros a year. For more information about AME:
